What is known

IANA's IPv4 Address Space registry marks the encompassing 1.0.0.0/8 block as allocated to APNIC. This placeholder makes the repository's current range sequence explicit before the researched 1.1.1.0/24 record.

What is not yet known

This file does not yet establish the exact APNIC registrant, current BGP origin, network operator, or services for 1.1.0.0/24.

Research must still determine:

• the authoritative APNIC RDAP record and resource holder;
• current BGP announcements and origin ASN or ASNs;
• RPKI/ROA state;
• operator and service relationships;
• whether the range needs subdivision into more-specific records.

Until those checks are complete, this remains a placeholder and no single “owner” is asserted.
