+## What Good Looks Like
+After a wiki sync run, should be able to answer:
+- What did Lego work on today?
+- Are there any open action items?
+- What's the status of the Hermes migration?
+- Is TTS working?
+- What services are currently healthy?
+
+If those can be answered from notes without re-reading Discord, the wiki is healthy.
+
+## Status Markers
+- `✅` — confirmed working / done
+- `⚠️` — partial / has caveats
+- `❌` — broken / failed
+- `🔲` — untried / unknown
+
+Update these as things change. Stale `✅` on a broken thing is worse than no marker.
