### Manual monitoring inventory refresh — 2026-07-31 12:14 UTC ✅
- **Live Discord inventory:** 28 channels verified in guild `1518726359512387766`: 26 text and 2 voice.
- **Monitoring scope:** expanded `MONITORED_CHANNELS` and cron `53ca9840b938` from 6 to all 26 text channels; voice channels remain excluded from message polling.
- **Per-channel coverage:** 26/26 wiki files present. Seven missing channel wikis were seeded from real history where available; `#cogarch-storm-cogarch-hub-web` had no human history and is explicitly marked unscoped.
- **Context injection:** config refreshed successfully with 17 non-empty channel prompts; all non-empty monitored wikis have prompts and there are no unmonitored prompts.
- **Inventory documentation:** `/opt/data/wiki/discord/README.md` now lists all categories, text channels, voice channels, IDs, and monitoring treatment.
- **Mirror coverage:** Gitea sync now mirrors the complete `wiki/channels/` directory. Push to `skic-v1-playground/knowledge-wiki` succeeded at commit `30a8733`.
- **Response behavior unchanged:** `discord.require_mention: true`; free-response remains limited to channel `1529930226614796359`.
