Rename the active skill identity to the Agents Skills-compliant diagrams-drawio name. Historical IBM origin provenance and the drawio-tools CLI name remain unchanged. Validation: 150/150 tests, strict build, frozen install, clean production audit, compliant-name assertions, and independent exact-tree review.
