Updates the central Scope contract to Overview-first navigation, a first Ways of Working Scope page, table-free Ideas and Questions parent/child pages, and removal of Product Register. Authorized by RootAtSkic in AeroSim Scope; documentation implementation merged in corp-v1-aerosim/corp-v1-aerosim-documentation#81.
