Summary

  • bump the central Delivery reference skill to v1.9.0
  • define READY_FOR_DELIVERY as the exact Focus-admitted, pickup-ready Task state
  • remove the obsolete second Focus InBacklog admission gate throughout the workflow
  • preserve existing authority: Delivery claims an exact READY Task by moving it to IN_PROGRESS

  • semantic assertions for version, required READY wording, and stale Focus InBacklog language
  • byte-for-byte parity with the loaded v1.9.0 Delivery reference
