Adds a top-level Ways of Working area and its first child, Onboarding. The guide gives Corp pilot members concise entry steps, channel routing, authority boundaries, completion states, security rules, canonical sources, and a readiness checklist. Adds dedicated navigation, local-search indexing, footer access, and deterministic portal checks.

Local evidence: verify:portal, TypeScript typecheck, production build, post-build search/route verification, and git diff --check passed.
