Goal
Expose seat availability and occupant identity in the office and map, and support conflict-safe claim, change, release, and daily reset behavior.
Benefit
Shared seating becomes self-service and trustworthy while each person holds at most one seat.
Problem or opportunity
People need to discover and claim shared seating without collisions, hidden occupancy, or the ability to displace another occupant.
Constraints
- Only materially implemented legacy behavior is included; planned-only capabilities remain outside the approved catalogue.
