Goal
Synchronize scene-aware position, orientation, avatar, identity, and movement or activity state for people sharing a floor.
Benefit
Participants experience a consistent sense of being together as colleagues join, move, change floors, or leave.
Problem or opportunity
A shared virtual workplace is not credible unless participants can recognize who is present and see their movement and activity coherently.

- Only materially implemented legacy behavior is included; planned-only capabilities remain outside the approved catalogue.
