- Initialized its wiki from complete available human history through message `1547923376725565491`; created and remotely verified the private Gitea-backed channel skill and dedicated local workspace.
- Updated `discord.channel_prompts` to **24** short skill directives; maximum directive length is **262** characters, the Shorts directive is **228**, and a no-change rerun produced the same config hash.
- Preserved Discord response scope. The existing daily sync job `53ca9840b938` remains enabled for `03:00 UTC`, derives its scan set from `MONITORED_CHANNELS`, and retains `discord` plus `discord_admin` toolsets.
- Verified the Discord topic and pinned guidance message `1547924959656157256`; mirrored the complete channel wiki to Gitea and verified remote readback.

- **New human activity:** None across all 27 accessible channels; all processed anchors therefore remain unchanged from Run #149.
