- On 2026-09-07, all 379 root-level `/opt/data/vssa-*` files and folders were moved into those purpose groups. This included 90 Git-linked worktrees, moved and repaired through Git. The 83 previously collected `vssa-rotation-*.json` artifacts are under `research/rotations/json-artifacts/`.
- Verification found zero root-level `/opt/data/vssa-*` entries, zero missing manifest destinations, and all 91 registered documentation worktrees (primary plus 90 linked) healthy and contained under the channel workspace.
- On 2026-09-08, a provenance-led second pass reviewed all immediate `/opt/data` entries rather than relying only on the `vssa-*` filename prefix. It moved 113 additional artifacts created by this channel: 48 rotation/research-run items, 32 client-analysis/verification items, 28 procurement-evidence items, four final presentation files, and one presentation template. The migration preserved SHA-256 content identity and is appended to `organization-manifest.json`.
