Add drawio-main skill (renamed from drawio-main-v1)

Draw.io diagram generation and analysis skill: mandatory layout and
style rules, XML reference, negative-space companion diagrams, and
the drawio-tools TypeScript CLI with 12 analysis/validation actions.
