Summary

Forward correction after independent drawio-main review of PR #6:

• restore explicit mapped-project-skill ownership of operating guidance
• restore project repositories, adopted agent guidance, and reconciled desired state concepts
• preserve the corrected connector routing and all zero-issue validation results

Validation

• all drawio-main structural, connector, shape, label, and page-fit gates pass
• portal verify, typecheck, production build, and post-build verify pass
• only three diagram label sets changed; connector topology is unchanged
