# Coordinate Shared Workplace Seating

## Goal

Expose seat availability and occupant identity in the office and map, and support conflict-safe claim, change, release, and daily reset behavior.

## Benefit

Shared seating becomes self-service and trustworthy while each person holds at most one seat.

## Problem or opportunity

People need to discover and claim shared seating without collisions, hidden occupancy, or the ability to displace another occupant.

## Constraints

- Only materially implemented legacy behavior is included; planned-only capabilities remain outside the approved catalogue.

## Features

No child Features have been defined or approved. Feature discovery must preserve this Epic boundary and requires a separate human **Approved for Solution** decision before Architecture solution work begins.
